Hello, I'm Leo Andreucci
I’ve been working in startups since 2004. I spent 10 years at Apontador/MapLink and was part of Creditas’ founding team.
At Creditas, I started as an Advisor, hired the first engineers, and later joined full-time as VP of Technology. I scaled the technology team to 150 people and led international expansion and new products.
Today I work as an independent consultant, helping companies solve product, technology, and leadership challenges based on hands-on experience.
My Journey in Detail
I hold a degree in Computer Engineering from Poli-USP and started my career in 2004, in the startup ecosystem.
During 10 years at Apontador/MapLink, I worked on mobility and geolocation products at a time before smartphones became widespread, across both B2B and B2C.
In 2012, I became involved with Creditas while the company was still in its early days. Initially as an Advisor, I helped build the engineering team and later joined full-time.
Over 7 years, I led the evolution of the Product and Technology area, scaling the team, structuring processes, and supporting the company’s growth across different fronts — including new products and international expansion.
Since 2023, I’ve been working as an independent consultant, working directly with CEOs, CTOs, and technology teams to solve real challenges around execution, organization, and growth.
